Exeeding Expectations

Call it momentum. Call it deserving, impressive, or even fortunate. Despite a recession that put the clamps on our great nation's economy, in which the fitness industry wasn't spared, Matrix turned in another great year in 2008. Matrix North America sales grew 26% in 2008 versus 2007. That's quite an accomplishment for a brand that was already averaging over 100% growth over the previous three years.

So what makes Matrix the fastest growing commercial fitness brand in the world? I'm sure much of this success is due to our innovative products and industry-leading customer service. To those who are already Matrix customers, we've read your letters/emails and heard your praises. Thank you. We truly appreciate having the opportunity to exceed your expectations in fitness equipment. Product Message All Matrix cycles and elliptical trainers feature a JID hybrid generator to power the resistance system. Even in the lowest use setting, our units will power up immediately and are not dependent on an alternator and battery for operation, a feature important to facilities that are unsupervised or serve beginning populations. Matrix bikes and ellipticals can operate at levels as low as 20 RPM and 13 WATTs. This allows for very gradual starts and low speeds to keep our equipment powered. This eliminates the cost and need to install optional power supplies to keep units operational. This is just one example of how we live up to our company's mission to deliver the most durable commercial fitness products on time with the lowest total cost of ownership.
